Located in Winnipeg’s Exchange District, this unit is close to Winnipeg’s main tourist attractions, sports venues, restaurants and bars.This 615 square foot, 2 bedroom condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, whether business or pleasure. Upon entering, you will notice that the generous windows allow for natural sunlight to flood into the condo. The open concept layout consists of vinyl plank flooring throughout, quartz counter tops and, stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic cookware, dishware and, utensils you need. The bedrooms come with double beds, a nightstand, a closet and pull out storage drawers to place your belongings. In-suite washer and dryer.A beautiful rooftop patio is available to all guests which oversees downtown Winnipeg. There is also a lounge area in the basement that has a pool table, a wet bar and a TV. Next to the lounge, you’ll find the gym that has standard equipment and small yoga room.Unfortunately parking is not included at the moment. There are many parking lots available in the immediate area. There is a 2 hour limit Monday-Saturday from 8:00-5:30. Parking is free evenings and Sundays. The unit is pet friendly but must be approved by the owner. Quiet times after 10:30 PM.
