The area is family oriented with many schools in the nearby vicinity making it safe and amenity focused. Within walking distance of the apartment are grocery stores (No Frills and Metro are the closest), restaurants, Dollarama, GoodLife Fitness, Starbucks, and the list goes on! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE1. No smoking 🚭2. Apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to possession. The condition of the unit at the end of the tenancy is expected to be the same as it was upon move in. No exceptions.3. Tenants are expected to be clean and respectful of the other residents of the home.
