We are renting the guest suite in our house from January to June 2025. Shorter dates are negotiable. 1,200 per month all inclusive plus 500$ deposit (for furniture and damage and will be returned at the end of tenancy) for single renter and 1900$ per month plus 500$ deposit for couples. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and a chair. It has its own backyard and a fireplace. Ample storage space and closet available. Giest bathroom just beside the room and is only used by tenants. Suitable for to students or professionals. Shared kitchen and living room on the second floor. Free street parking. Grocery store, cafes, and transit stops within walking distance. Family home and quiet times after 7.30 pm. We live in the house with our 5 year old. New Edinburgh is a safe vibrant residential neighbourhood with local amenities. Close to embassies, Centretown, Byward Market. Connected to bike paths, river trail, and 20 min drive from Gatineau Park and Chelsea. References from previous landlord, veriification fo the work and/or student status, and deposit required.
