I’m a quiet, easygoing, and personable individual who values a clean and peaceful living environment. Working in the health care industry has taught me responsibility, compassion, and the importance of maintaining a harmonious space, which I bring into my home life as well. I’m seeking a respectful and harmonious home in the Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax or Toronto area, preferably in a location that is easily accessible to frequent transit.

I’m looking for a living environment free from parties, smoking, drug use, and pets (though I’m comfortable living with a cat, as I’ve owned one before). While I’m cannabis-friendly, I’d prefer smoking isn’t done indoors to avoid lingering smells on my clothes, in my room, and in shared spaces. I’m happy to discuss and accommodate reasonable preferences to ensure everyone feels comfortable and respected.

Maintaining a clean and tidy shared living space is very important to me, especially in common areas like the kitchen and bathroom. I am happy to contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces and will ensure my private bathroom (if available) is kept impeccably clean.

I enjoy casual socializing but primarily value my personal space and relaxation after work. I often spend my downtime in my room listening to music or watching Netflix. I am looking for a private room (not shared), either furnished or unfurnished, that can comfortably accommodate a double bed, a small computer desk, and adequate closet space. On-site laundry facilities are also a necessity for me.
