Hello! I’m a single 68-year-old empty-nester looking for a unique shared accommodation opportunity in Winnipeg. I’m thinking of moving and am currently considering one-bedroom apartments in Wolseley or near Polo Park. However, I’m open to the idea of sharing a house or two-bedroom with someone who might appreciate having a responsible and quiet housemate.

• Status: Single, empty-nester with two adult children living in Winnipeg
• Current Living Situation: Currently in a small one bedroom apartment; near Misericordia Health Centre

• Work: Full-time, currently from home and downtown starting September 2025
• Transportation: No car but do Peg City Car plus proximity to public transport is essential
• Lifestyle: Quiet, enjoys watching TV with headphones, no loud music
