Hi,

I’m looking for a roommate to rent a 2 bedroom apartment/condo with. I currently have a few places in mind that check all the boxes for me and I know a good realtor who can help with viewing the units. Looking for serious people who are ready to sign a lease.

I work from home most of the time and like to keep a clean, calm and tidy environment to call home. My passions are social dancing, learning french and I enjoy socializing when I go out. I want to spend more time cooking and eating healthy.

My ideal place:

• close to downtown while not being too overcrowded (think areas like High Park, Harbourfront, Davisville, The Annex, etc.).
• large window views, natural sunlight
• near water or green-space/parks
• near a gym or have a gym centre
• close to public transit
• close to grocery stores and essentials

I love animals but prefer not having any at home.
