Regarding what I am looking for, I am looking for a room/place to stay near Victoria’s downtown/hillside area. I don’t mind whether it is furnished and am looking for one or two roommates. With regards to a timeline, I would be looking at anything from now to March 1st to begin my lease. My budget and willingness to pay monthly rent will be $1,100 or less! Utilities include, please.
I need a new place because my landlord will require the basement I’m living in right now, and it would be better to secure a spot before the deadline. I can provide references.
