Mature middle aged clean cut University educated professional design/builder. I currently work in my bedroom from home and travel to work when required. I get along well with anyone. I only socialize in person with friends, family and my children outside the home. I live/work well within a small footprint requiring only basic kitchen and washroom facilities. Natural light and the ability to open a window in my room are preferred. I am very handy and come with tools ready to help around the home. My American Labrador Retriever is mature, quiet, very well trained and stays in my room. My older dog can live with local family if you have a pet free listing or my pet does not get along well with you or yours. I am not sensitive to others noises and use headphones at all times. I prefer the ability to secure my room when I am out and about.
