I’m looking for something for May, either the 1st or 15th although I probably won’t move in fully until closer to the end of the month.

I’m a mature female and am on a pension so my income is regular and secure. I’m quiet, tidy and organized. I’m a non-smoker non-drug user (legal or illegal) and drink very rarely.

I’m an artist and do a lot of watercolour painting, Zentangle, card making, and needle felting. I’m considering selling my art next fall. I take a lot of art classes and am often out of the house for part of the day or all day. While I am outgoing and friendly I respect other’s need for privacy. Not everyone is an extrovert.

I have my own furniture and if there is room, I have living room and dining room furniture that and full complement of kitchen utensils/dishes etc. I would be happy to share use of with other roommates. I also have some outside furniture and pots etc.

If it is just a room for rent I can put my furniture into storage.
