Hello I am recently divorced(2024) and find myself starting over .i have been staying in a basement suite which was in a brand new home and was very nice i luckily had a good price and had it to myself - i realize i dont want to throw so much money on rent so i am Loking for a roommate who is equally clean (most likely a female(s) preferred tbh) I vacuum every day and keep the bathrooms and kitchen tidy and organized as if the place was my own and from past experience I don’t gel as well with messy guys lol I have no criminal record as well for your piece of mind
