Very sociable 31 year old man looking for a place September, preferably closer to downtown, and adjacent areas like Kensington. I am relocating from Saskatchewan, and have a good chunk of money saved up for this. I will not have a job when I arrive but will be able to pay for a few months rent upfront. I was in Calgary before the pandemic, when that happened I moved back home to be around family and friends while everything went on. I am ready to return though, small town life is not for me. I play guitar, I’m a considerate player though, with a setup that can get really quiet. I enjoy many nerdy things, D&D to Star Wars to Dota 2 to WoW, name something nerdy, I have probably heard of it or am into it! Looking for a room or a person or people who would like to work together on making something happen!
