Jessica Benson-Cullen

Hi! My name is Jessica, and I’m a 33-year-old single female, born and raised in Toronto. I’ve been living in the Yonge & Sheppard (Willowdale) area for the past year, but I’m moving because my landlord/flatmate is expecting a baby and needs the room.

I currently receive a stable income from ODSP but have a plan in place to return to work once settled this month, expected to be regular business hours. I am a licensed esthetician, though I’m also exploring new career paths so considering school as well—so we’ll see where that leads!

I’m overall a nice and friendly person, but I do tend to keep to myself while home as I love my peace and solitude as well. I’m very considerate person who values a clean, well-maintained home. I take pride in keeping my space tidy and organized always, and treat shared spaces and others’ property with the same respect I do my own. Open and honest communication is very important to me, as I believe it is crucial in having a positive and harmonious living environment, for all. I do drive and own a small compact car.
