Hello! I’m an animation student at Concordia, and would be looking for a place with convenient access (between 10 to 20 minutes via metro or bus) to share with a female roommate.

I love greenspace and sunlight, which is why I’m looking to rent a place in the area but not necessarily downtown (hopefully with a park nearby). I would hope for a place with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere.

Generally I am a quiet person, I like to draw and play videogames, and most often spend time at my desk or at school. I enjoy keeping things clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces. I like to keep to myself, but also enjoy mutual company and would prefer a roommate who is similar in that regard (i.e. respect each other’s alone time but are happy to chat about our day or hang out together in a shared space). I look forward to being open and communicative about what we’re comfortable with!

I’ll be away from Montreal for the month of June, so I’m looking to find a place after that, but would be flexible if there’s a really good deal!
