Quiet, tidy, and prefer to keep to myself. Non-smoker with allergies to fragranced products. Would prefer to live alone, but the cost of housing is pushing me to consider sharing with 1 other person who would also prefer to live alone. Only interested in a house with a yard/shed/garage where I can store my bike and kayak. Bonus if it is in the country or on the water. I require 1 parking space for my car. I would require a spacious room and a private bathroom. I am OK with a lower floor as long as it is sheltered from overhead noise. I like animals, and more importantly, they like me. I work from home 2-days a week and in Gatineau the other 3-days. While I can afford to live on my own, I would love to devote more of my money towards retirement and hobbies, so if a suitable situation presented itself I would certainly consider it. I am also open to looking with another who is in a similar situation. I would need at least 2-months to prepare for a move. Thanks for reading, I know it’s a long shot.
