Hi! I’m a 25-year-old working professional looking for a room to rent near downtown Toronto or close to the University of Toronto campus, with a move-in date of June 1st. I’ll be working at Intact Financials with a hybrid schedule—three days from home and two days in-office downtown.

My budget is between $900–$1200/month, and I’m looking for a long-term lease.

I’m a non-smoker, drink very occasionally, and appreciate a clean, quiet, and respectful home environment. I go to the gym daily, cook light and quick meals, and always keep shared spaces tidy.

I’ve completed my master’s from SFU and have been living in Vancouver for about 2.5 years. I speak English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and I’m easy to get along with. I’m hoping to find a comfortable and peaceful place that’s transit-accessible and shared with like-minded, respectful people.
