I’m a clean, respectful and quiet roommate. I rarely host parties (though I’m not against it) and don’t have guests over very often, though the frequency tends to vary by the time of year. I am great at giving advanced notice/requests about it, though. I’m currently a student but am graduating this June 2025 and will be taking a gap year before doing grad school. One thing to note is that I may need to move out in 2026 if I get into grad school outside of Toronto. This would be in the fall of 2026 unless I get into one specific school whose term starts in January of 2026. I don’t know what my chances are of getting into it, so that’s an aspect of uncertainty you may need to consider.
