PRIOTIZING CLOSEST TO SHEPPARD WEST STATION I’m looking to move into a space where I can grow, have privacy, and focus on my goals. Ideally, I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly living situation that offers the space to breathe and focus, but also a space where I can feel comfortable, relax, and recharge.

What I’m Looking For: A private room that’s cozy and relatively quiet so I can focus on my work and personal projects.

A good, friendly vibe with respectful and clean roommates who understand the importance of both social time and personal space.

Access to public transit or close to other amenities (groceries, etc.).

I’m a pretty independent person but I do enjoy the occasional hangout, whether it’s over a movie or sharing a meal. I’m not a party animal, but I do enjoy having a good time and respecting others’ space.

Looking forward to meeting some like-minded people and finding a spot that I can call home while I continue working on my career and future.
