I’m a 44 year old woman clean and quiet I have my own room furniture and all my own kitchen stuff. I keep to myself and I’m looking for someone who is like minded and friendly too. I also have a small freezer and a mini fridge that I use so that I don’t have to use up the house appliance space. I will require one parking spot for July. First and last will be provided. Looking for long term rental space. Reference of past landlord is available if required (rented a room for 2.5 years and was never late to pay rent once). I have children but they are not very likely to be visiting with the exception of my 21 year old daughter and my grandson. I have no allergies and am somewhat open to some pets and cannabis.
