Moving out June 1 A few options… but first a bit about me! I typically work weekdays or every other Saturday. If I have a full weekend off then I’m usually at my boyfriend’s place. I don’t have people over unless it is my boyfriend but if I had a roomate that would likely be very limited (I’d probably go to his place instead). I would be looking for someone similar. I’m open to splitting costs and seeing what we could find depending on the budget OR…. If you’re someone who has a lower budget and wouldn’t be able to rent anything on your own…. I’m able to rent a place (let’s say a townhome condo for example), and then you could rent a room and bathroom from me & we would share the kitchen. I would handle utilities and internet, take the master & since most tend to have 2 bedrooms only, I would likely take part of the living room to set up my lash extensions business (typically only a few clients per week, sometimes none at all). My clients book in advance so I would also be able to let you know if I have one coming and when. Whenever I don’t have clients I’m ofc down to share the living room area too but preferably if there’s any guests over then we would agree to stick to hanging out in our rooms with them (if they’re men) unless we need anything in the kitchen just to make sure we’re both as comfortable as can be. Open to other options as well!
