Clean quiet and responsible. Would like to be with similar renters, preferably a large room in a house but apartment is okay. I prefer my own bathroom. I’m not interested being with people having addictions to alcohol or cigarettes. I’m a handyman, but definitely not handsy. Respect.

I need a parking spot and a place to keep some small power tools.

I am not 100% convinced that this is the way I need to find a clean safe place, but please prove me wrong!

I won’t share a room because I snore lightly. Sorry. Did I mention cleanliness and hygiene is important? I rented a room with a guy that never washed the sink after brushing his teeth. That didn’t last.

I would consider trading construction, maintenance and design work for a reduced rent.
