I am looking for a condo in the maple ridge area for my father, Ralph Koerner. He has been renting in the maple ridge area for years and has outstanding references. He is retired, a non smoker, non drinker, lives alone, has no pets, is incredibly clean and quiet and he needs to find a unit to move into as the unit he currently lives in is being moved into by the owner of the building. I own a home on Thornton avenue in maple ridge and I’m hoping to get him into another building somewhere in central maple ridge so he can stay close to me, my girlfriend, and his grand-daughter. My father isn’t very technically savvy with the internet, so I am helping him locate a new place to rent.
