I like to live in a clean, quiet, and whenever possible scent-free environment. Some may think of me as a neat freak but I think that’s a little exaggerated of me - I just want to make sure I don’t get sick because we failed to take on our responsibilities.

I try to avoid the need for unnecessary conversations with property owners unless it’s a coffee chat to build relationships - definitely do not need to be reminded to pay what belongs to Cesar. By this I mean that I automatically set to pay due rent on time and expect the property to stay well-maintained as agreed.

I’m currently a 4th year undergraduate student, set to graduate this spring, with a profession already. Ask for more about my profession within Sun Life Canada.

Do not hesitate to ask for references as I have rented throughout my whole academic years. No negative accounts on my head please - I’m hoping we have this in common.
