I am a 44 year old gay male and I will be coming to North Bay for a cinematography program at Canadore for this September. I am looking for ideally one other person or a group of really awesome and kind people to live with. The move in could be sooner than September as well. I am open to renting a room in a home or signing a lease with someone for the year. I keep to myself most of the time but at the same time I love having conversations with people and forming new friendships. I am an early riser and require quiet at night and am looking for others who are the same. Same thing with cleanliness. I am very clean and will not leave dishes around or things unclean and would want the same from those I live with. If that mutual respect is there, I hope you will consider me as part of your team, so to speak, in your endeavors and I am happy to offer support in the ways that I can. If anything just someone to talk to. I used to work in health care as a PSW and I am switching careers due to my some physical health issues (back) and its time for a change. p.s. I am listing $1000 but that would be the maximum I would consider paying with a roomate or group and it would have to be a really good place. I would prefer paying closer to $800 with another housemate ideally.
