I need to find a room in the Sudbury downtown area, if close to the hospital (ER HSN is better), or I can walk to downtown to catch a bus, prefer basic furnished room

Move in late April or May. Depends on availability. The fewer people sharing, the better.

I live quite quietly, no partying, no bringing friends, and no smoking.

I prefer houses for long-term stay. No short-term rentals of 4 months.
