I am looking to share a 3-bedroom or a generous 2-bedroom space with someone in neighborhoods such as Osborne/Corydon, South Osborne, River Heights, St. Vital, or Fort Garry. I live a pretty quiet life - this coming year I will be studying in the evenings while working full-time during the day so expect to see me and my cat around the home a lot! I prefer hosting dinners with friends and family over going out, but equally enjoy a range of outdoor activities from hiking and organized sports to enjoying a book at the park. I have a stable career that allows me to work from home most days, so it is important to me that I find somewhere that will provide a good workspace for myself. I am willing to share a larger portion of the rent to accommodate this.
