I am a 62-year-old woman with a four-year-old German shepherd dog very friendly. I am semi retired and seek another woman semi retired or otherwise. Preferably in with no pets but a dog a small dog will be all right. Possibly must be able to afford $1600 rent plus parking. I am a quiet individual who likes to have my friend over for dinner and a movie. I am in and out daily with my dog and active. I require the same type of person preferably. Busy. Person must be able to sign a one-year lease and commitment. I do not have a two bedroom at the moment. I currently have a one bedroom I would like to share a two bedroom in the same building. Close to Route 44 to you U of T , Or go train or go bus within minutes away.
