I am a 30 year old personal trainer, looking for 1 roomate that is clean and respectful. I typically work early mornings, and later evenings. I also work onenseekend morning so it’s important my roomate isnt up all hours of the night. I would say cleanliness is important for me. I have an orange cat named Ted!

About Ted:

• Very cuddly, friendly, calm demeanor. Great personality.
• Great hygeine (clean litter 2x/day)
• Hair control: I brush him a few times per week, have a pet special vacume for hair control
• Nails trimmed, scratch pad for clawing -Prefer a roomate

About me: Pretty chill, I do cook often and come home during the middle of the day for a few hours before my evening client. LGBTQ friendly. Male roomate preffered. Female roomate that loves cats is something I will consider, but we must have seperate bathrooms!

What I ask of my roomate: I can get along with almost anyone, just PLEASE be clean. I will clean the stove, counters and sink everytime & im not just saying this. My previous roomate claimed he was clean, but wasnt and its a deal breaker.

Neighborhood: Yonge/Eglinton is nice, open to something downtown prefer close to line #1.

Everything else is negotiable.
