My Partner and I are searching for a place to call home and believe we’d make great roommates. We’re both clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces, making sure to keep common areas tidy and clutter-free. We understand the importance of being considerate roommates—we’re quiet, responsible, and always mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours.

We both have steady incomes and always pay rent on time. Communication is important to us, so we make sure to address any concerns openly and respectfully. While we enjoy socializing and having a friendly relationship with our roommates, we also respect personal space and privacy.

Rogan works Mon-Fri and will be gone throughout most of the day, and I work sporadic shifts at a retail store.
