Hi, I’m interested in your listing. Just a little Introduction about myself so you know what to expect if you decide to allow me to become a tenant. I am a single father of a 1 and a half year old son. I don’t do drugs or drink so you would never have to worry about a party or anything along those lines of problems. I am a very respectful, quiet, honest, quiet, clean, reasonable person. I am just looking to start something new in the city as I am from up north where the opportunities for my son are very limited. I want to be able to provide him with a pathway to whatever he decides to be. And if you allow me to rent your space then that will help me with that. Let me know if you decide to give me a chance.
