Hi folks, I am a chill, early retired community studies professor focused on a Toronto community arts project (The November Project) for the next year or so. I am usually out 2-3 evenings a week for live music and shows as well as out 3-4 days per week volunteering and meetings. I am currently in a sublet until May in High Park and I’d like to be in Parkdale for the long-term. I am keen on volunteering with various arts groups and community outreach. Proof of income of $2800/month. I have a PhD in education and a Master of Laws in alternative dispute resolution-I’m comfortable with direct communication.
