As a tenant, I maintain a clean, organized, and responsible lifestyle. I do not smoke, drink, use drugs, or host crazy parties. I am also cooperative and respectful of shared spaces. Additionally, I am allergic to cats, so I would appreciate knowing if there are any pets in the house.

I am currently enrolled in a healthcare-related study program for the year and also work as a co-editor for a podcast/community-website mostly at weekends, which means I spend most of my time working on my computer. I typically cook at home once or twice a week and always clean up afterward.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, walking, reading, and watching movies. I always use headphones when listening to anything to ensure I don’t disturb others.
