Quiet Senior Lady with Cat looking for a Roommate to find an Apartment (Chilliwack)

I’m quiet and friendly, and usually keep to myself. I’ve always kept my homes clean. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs.

Due to financial limitations and the current cost of rental housing, I have been renting a room in a home that is not a good fit with my quiet simple lifestyle.

Finding alterative housing that will allow my cat is proving very challenging, as is finding a 1 bedroom or bachelor suite within my budget.

I’m hoping to connect with another woman who prefers to live in a calm and clean home, and would like to split the rent for an apartment up to $2000 a month starting in April.

I currently have minimal kitchen items and no furniture, so you can bring all of yours (if you have any), or we can work together to furnish the place.

I am retired, and weather permitting spend most days walking around town. (someone stole my bike last week). In the evenings I like to spend time with my cat or visiting friends.

I have guaranteed monthly income due to life changing injuries from a motor vehicle accident.
