My name is Evan and I am 25 years old. I work in Langley and take classes in Surrey, so I am seeking to rent in a location between 152 and 232 St. I’d like to move in between June - October of this year, with my preference being late August, and I want to stay there for 1-4 years.

One of my highest priorities when it comes to my living space is the people that I share it with. Living together can be challenging, and, as such, it is important that everyone is on the same page and willing to compromise if necessary. For myself, I am a light sleeper, so I need quiet during the night and early morning. I am tidy and do my part to ensure the house is kept clean and hygienic. I am conscientious and low-maintenance.

Some hobbies of mine include dodgeball and running. In my spare time I prefer to read, exercise, and play video & board games (mainly strategy genres). I get along with a wide variety of people and like to socialize when I am not occupied by obligations. I enjoy many different kinds of activities, and am happy to include roommates in them.

I also enjoy learning about academic topics like history, economics, psychology, and education. If you are interested in any of these subjects, that is definitely a plus.
