I’m in my mid-30’s and prefer living in shared spaces. Ideally, shared with one other person. I’m good at communicating, being compassionate, and taking accountability for my actions. I’m looking for a low-stress, positive environment with mature roommate(s) who can communicate well, compromise, and respect the shared living areas.
I’m a homebody, and I spend a lot of time making art. I do comedy, cycle in all weather, stress-bake, and try not to be too much of a homebody. My socializing usually happens elsewhere, but occasionally I’ll have friends over for dinner or co-working.
I have a small parrot. Clementine can be silent for hours at a time, or she can be talkative. She’s considered an “apartment parrot” though, so she’s not like cockatoos you see on instagram. The space has to be scent-free, smoke-free, and cat-free
