I am a pretty chill guy, I try not to be too messy but am far from gross and hope for the same in return. I try to solve problems instead of escalating them. Ideally looking for somewhere rent controlled where we can both be on the lease agreement. I run my business with an ebike and trailer so onsite garage parking would be ideal but I do need a safe space to store my ebike even if I do end up getting a local storage unit for my tools/bike trailer. I would like a space that is not looking to control how I live but instead can work out mutually beneficial solutions for any issues that may arise. I am also looking for minimum 1 year but up to 6 years if it is the right fit
