We are three responsible international UBC undergraduate students- one female, two males- looking for a space to live starting a year round lease in May.

The three of us are best friends from university and want to continue living together in the next year. Studying astronomy and international relations, we are deep into our studies but enjoy using any free time to go hike and explore the city.

We aren’t big “party people” and are non-smokers. The three of us make up our friend group, so there are no concerns of big parties or groups of people.

As students, we have no pets and have no interest in gaining any throughout the year.

We are looking for a year round lease starting this May.

As three international students, from Guam, England, and Switzerland, we are a great mix to be tenants for a housing space.
