Hey there!

I’ve been lucky to call North Vancouver home for over 25 years. My amazing landlord of 18 years is selling, and while I’m not sure yet if the new owner will rent or move in, I’m being proactive and putting this profile together.

I’m a creative professional, a dedicated yogi, and an outdoor enthusiast who loves making the most of this beautiful city. I’ve shared spaces before (including in London, UK) and pride myself on being tidy (Virgo energy!), respectful, and easygoing. I love to laugh and be social but also value my private time.

My work as a film technician keeps me busy—when I’m on a contract, I’m typically out for at least 12 hours a day, sometimes working early mornings or late nights, and occasionally travelling out of town.

I’ll update this as I learn more, but I’m also open to living in other areas of Greater Vancouver.
