I respect and enjoy privacy, but I also appreciate social interactions and getting to know my roommates over shared interests and experiences. Music is a big part of my life—I play guitar (acoustic), so I’m ideally looking for a space where this is welcomed.
Cooking is another hobby of mine and I enjoy experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, so having a decent kitchen is important to me. I’d love to share this occasionally with a roommate who enjoys cooking too.
I pride myself on being clean and responsible, and I appreciate these qualities in those I live with. A respectful and comfortable home environment is essential for me.
I am moving out of a one bedroom, so the order of preference for me is (the proverbial wish list) 1- an empty basement (finished or unfinished) with it’s own washroom. 2 - a room with its own washroom and living space. 3 a room with its own washroom. 4 a room. lol
