All I really want is 1 fully furnished (hopefully lockable room) with good size closet, and no garbage/compost nor incense-smoke-weed-vape smells coming into the room none whatsoever so if you smoke any of that even outside I’m not the right fit. That, and want good stable internet, not seek much else.
