I am 24 Indian male working professional A restaurant manager No smoke No drink Also, I won’t be cooking much at home I dont drive I will work days 6 a week 10 hours everyday So i wont be staying home much I will sleep by 11 and wake by 8 and leave for job

I dont have any pets and no guests will be there as i am new to calgary and no friends or family.

I will be paying 1st and last for the rent but no lease. Will give one month’s notice before Leaving

I will share my previous landlord reference also my pay cheques last 2-4.

If you want to pay and go for my background check well to do. I won’t be spending money on a background checks (as I know it is clean and I am new to Canada) also I am not comfortable with credit checks (as it gives a hard impact on my score)

No pets no cigarettes no cannabis
