My name is Chaitanya, and I’m from Calgary. I recently graduated from SAIT on 19 November 2024 and have accepted a job as a Power Engineer at Sunrise Foods in Delta, BC. I’m new to BC and will be moving there on February 18. I’m looking for a room with friendly and respectful housemates in a calm and comfortable living environment.

I came across your property and really liked it. I believe I’d be a great fit because I’m a responsible, clean, and considerate tenant. I value a peaceful and respectful household, and I always make sure to keep shared spaces tidy. As I’ll be working full-time, I’ll mostly be focused on my job and settling into the new city.
