My current roommate and I are looking for somewhere preferably longterm. We are both homebodies, mostly playing video games and watching TV in our free time. Neither of us have a car, so preferably want to live in walking distance to groceries.

Potential Negatives to consider:

• I work from home with a job that has me spend a lot of time on Zoom calls at random hours (including on occasion very early mornings or very late nights) so you’ll always hear talking in my room. If the house has thin walls this is something to consider.
• My roommate vapes for anxiety and is currently on Ontario Works.
• I have a 2-foot fish tank, which would be ideally kept in a communal space like the kitchen or living room.
