Ideal location & budget: I’m hoping to find a spot on a residential street (Ideally with a balcony or small outdoor space) in Little Italy/Palmerston, High Park, Harbord Village, or the Annex, Roncesvalles, Riverside/Leslieville. My budget is ~$1,400 (flexible).
