My partner and I are settling in to canmore / banff area for a year+ as we take a sabbatical from our careers and corporate jobs in Sydney, Australia. I am an architect and he is an engineer. We love board games, the outdoors, camping, skiing, reading and watching a good tv show. We are quiet and respectful and have experience living with other roommates. Back home we have had tenants live with us in our home so we know what it’s like to share a space and maintain clean and tidy common areas. We will be working part time / full time depending on work availability in the area so we won’t be around 24/7 but we do love a good movie night. We’re past our house parties early 20s phase and instead prefer a homecooked diner at home with friends. We have pets back at home who sadly won’t be coming with us on our sabbatical, however we love dogs and cats and happy to help out with their care/feeding/walking if you need a hand and if they want a cuddle :). We hope to get to know the area and settle down for at least 12-18 months, potentially longer (leaning towards a longer stay).
