I am a 3rd year u of a student. Don’t drink, don’t smoke or vape, don’t do any drugs, don’t party and don’t have friends over. I have a well behaved senior female cat that is spayed, declawed, and never makes a mess outside of her litter box. I am a computer nerd who tends to keep to himself. I do have an old server full of totally legal shows and movies that i will share access to if you don’t mind a bit of fan noise from it. I also don’t drive so I won’t need a parking spot
