We are a small family consisting of myself, my wife, and our 3-year-old son. As a graduate student at the University of Calgary, I am committed to my studies while balancing family life. We are respectful, quiet, and considerate neighbors who value a peaceful living environment.

Having lived in various rental accommodations previously, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and orderly home. We are responsible with our finances and timely with rent payments. Our son is well-behaved, and we take great care to ensure he respects shared spaces.
