My name is Frantz, Im 27 years old french canadian born in Montreal. I would be a great renter because I’m responsible and organized, both in my work and daily life. As a 3D character artist and freelance artist, I have a structured routine and always make sure to stay on top of my responsibilities, including paying rent on time.

Even though I work from home, I’m respectful of shared spaces and always mindful of noise levels. I grew up with siblings, so I understand how to live with others while maintaining a balance between socializing and giving people their space.

I keep a clean and organized environment, and I like to stay active by going to the gym regularly. I also go out from time to time, so I’m not home 24/7. Overall, I’m easygoing, friendly, and always respectful of my living space and those around me.
