Hope you ok. Sorry for the long self-introducing. I am Yoshi, turning 56 yrs old, full-time employed by a Japanese freight logistics company , occasionally work as a motorcycle Instructor with Police officers and others in the summer time. I often come home late and overtime working due to my nature of work. Average of coming home is between 7pm~8pm. But sometime coming home very late close to midnight when I have some big projects at work. I am an occasional smoker, but I never smoked inside building in the past. I like cooking. Basically I am quiet, barely had visitors in the past. I like challenging new things (at least 1 per year). I do not live with my sons (they are not minors, live with my ex, but I still help them financially). I need to move out of my current aptmt as the property mgmt company leased whole buildings to an organization (mainly funded by city) and changing the building to a rehab-centre (mainly for young age ex criminals). I am looking for a long term renting. it will be nice if you allow me to rent the unit. Would you please contact me regardless “accepting my tenancy or not”.
