I’m a quiet, respectful individual. I like a calm, low volume living space.

I don’t need much in the way of space, generally keep to myself at home and do my best to be mindful of my cleanliness. During the spring/summer season I will be working until 11pm most days of the week, and will make some amount of noise cooking / showering. I do my best to be respectful of noise but if you’re an early and light sleeper it’s best you know now! :)

My hobbies include art, crafting, wood working, video games (headphones!).

Non-drinker, aside from special events, never to get drunk.

Getting life back together after relocating back to Alberta from Toronto, currently looking for a space to lease for a year. Ideally an independent suite/bachelor but open to compatible roommate situations.

I seek a mostly low volume environment. Bass and T.V’s through walls, late night yelling on mic with the boys are not things I would like to deal with on a regular basis.
