🌶️ FIRST:
My ideal budget is $560 per month, but I am very flexible about paying more (especially to fit an otherwise ideal situation)
Reformed workaholic taking things one day at a time. Downscaling my living situation after a bad diagnosis. Looking for a home with roommates for me and my cuddly cat.
🍠 ABOUT YOU:
• You communicate with your roommates clearly, use good faith problem-solving without hurtful or other unproductive tactics, and are upfront when dealing with a problem
• You are happy to share cleaning responsibilities reasonably
• You don’t like parties very much
🫚 ABOUT ME:
• I’m quiet, chill, and friendly with others (although I enjoy time to myself in my room as well)
• I’m clean and tidy, and prefer sharing responsibilities on a mutually agreed schedule, but I’m definitely able to be flexible and can adapt to whatever works with who I end up living with
• My hobbies include playing video games, thrifting, and a variety of random and impulsive crafty ideas (among the other human things like music, podcasts, reading, watching movies/tv/YouTube/Twitch, etc)
🐈 ABOUT MY CAT:
• She’s very friendly and talkative with humans, though she is sometimes shy when meeting new people
• She’s wary around other cats, but can be very chill when introduced slowly and reasonably
• She is (unfortunately) a food and garbage thief, and she will strike if food is left out or if garbage bins are uncovered
• She doesn’t get along well with dogs (and neither do I)
🧅 WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE:
• I have everything needed to furnish an apartment, including furniture, kitchenware, small appliances, etc. (I am planning to sell or store whatever I don’t end up needing)
• I’m an educated, prior working professional with a good track record, who doesn’t want to make drama with roommates
